Pull your Gmail emails (from a date range of your choice and from a location of your choice - Sent, Inbox, a label, etc…) into Google Sheets using List Finders.

If you or your clients (if you’re an agency) use Gmail for your work email (either a free @gmail.com email or a Gmail email on your domain) this list generated with List Finders can be uploaded to online ad platforms, matched to users of those platforms and used to advertise to those matching users (who you’ve emailed before). This is an effective way to sell more products and services to past clients and/or build an opt in email list.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Add List Finders To Google Sheets

  • In Google Sheets click Extensions --> Add-ons --> Get add-ons

  • Search For List Finders and click on the List Finders search result.

  • Click on List Finders.

  • Install The Add On.

Step 2: Extract Emails

  • Go Under Extensions --> List Finders --> Click Launch.

  • Authorize the add-on and register if this is your first time using the add-on.

  • Then, choose where to extract emails from, a starting and ending date for the emails, name the sheet and click IMPORT.

We recommend extracting the emails from your Sent folder as anyone you sent an email to is likely a lead, a customer, or a client. You can choose the date range you’d like for the emails.

Once you have the list of emails, you can use our Google Sheet template to make this list unique, to have one column for emails, another for first name, and another for last name.

You can remove the other columns and upload this list of names and emails into online advertising platforms.
